Initial Process

• We will sign the NDA
• We engage a domain specific team in joint consultation with you to Brain-storm the requirements and application architecture
• We help you choose one of the engagement model model that will best suit the requirement
• We provide Wireframes built by Interactive designer with inputs on usability and Interaction design
• We put together a communication plan where in schedule of Video/audio conference with core development team will be agreed upon
• We will facilitate in environment setup activity like Staging server, GIT repository, Basecamp access, Ticketing System
• Determine Milestones, daily updates and weekly deliverables
