Developing a fixed cost application involves lot of professionalism and Commitment from the development company. Working on fixed cost and yet keeping the development Agile is something challenging and we learned from our 50+ project experience.
Fixed Cost Development
Alongside our Elastic Staffing model, we also have a Fixed Cost Development Model. Both these models have been designed to help our clients take a decision based on cost-effectiveness. With our previous experience of delivering more than a dozen applications using this model, we are sure that you get the best from us.
When should you go for fixed cost ?
This is a tricky question which need to be addressed before developing applications in this model. Every one wanted to get the best value for their money and quality deliverables. In this model the risk is more with us than you. If you have a solid spec and UI done, going for a fixed cost development will save lot of money and time.
We would require the following from you to develop applications with fixed cost,
- Frozen or well defined requirement specification
- UI design / wireframe done already - ( we will help you in preparing one if you dont have )
- 30% of the project cost paid upfront
- Last but not least your constant feedback during development process

We came to Railsfactory with a big idea and a bootstrapped budget, and they provided the talent and know-how to develop a quality Ruby on Rails web application that launched us into the marketplace in a matter of just four months. As Dinesh and his team gain experience, I have no doubt that they will delivery increasingly impressive work, and provide value for web start-ups around the globe.

Dinesh and his team have been awesome and Jujube would not have seen the light of day without them. It was my first experience hiring off-shore developers and they have removed any doubts I had through constant communication - and a great application!.
